A process map defines a team’s working style. Our process also includes product management, marketing and engineering support.

At EmbedCores, our development process features nine essential steps that, on one hand, are versatile enough to satisfy all our clients’ needs, and on the other hand, focus on business outcome. Our full design process covers the followings:

Empathize

We focus on real problems, solutions, and our customer’s objectives when we start with a new product. Insights from our customers provide us with a strong foundation to begin with. We closely collaborate with our customers and discuss required features, issues and outcomes to envision a viable solution strategy.

Define

By gathering enough knowledge based on the first step, we prepare a problem statement for a foreseen product. We then define our objectives and cover our customer’s requirements.

Ideate

A critical step in our design process is ideating, where we come up with an idea to solve a problem.

Planning

We deliver products as per the customer requirements. At this stage, we have a good understanding of customer’s needs and potential problems. We then a make plan to utilize all our required resources to timely complete the project. Based on the project strategy and the plan we have developed, we engage our cross-functional teams. Our planning is not only limited to development strategy, but also includes tests, certification, pivot planning and others.

Research

Research is always necessary before materializing a new idea, possibly to find a way out. We study different solutions and make hypotheses where needed. We do proper research to acquire concrete evidence before taking important decisions regarding a new product.

Prototype

At this stage, the rubber meets the road. We develop a prototype and then start with a test and verification process. The question will then be: How will users interact and react with this product? Does it cover all the features required by the client?  Will it work in the real world? Can it be manufactured?

Execution

After clearly identified issues and advancements in our prototype, we’ve knocked the risks down. Now all the focus will be on the execution and development of the product. We always require your insights during all the execution processes to cater to any issue through a collaborative approach.

Testing

Testing is performed at every stage of the product to assure quality. Our motto is to examine from the first step to the last step. We work to develop a prototype, and then we test, iterate, refine, and enhance it to be ready for the market requirements.

Production

Our output is always perfect with a novel design with seamless production. The production process is designed to have the entire team’s involvement who work together to ensure that the product covers all the aspects and characteristics obliged by our beloved clients.
